Privacy Policy

App: Ennichi Kingyo Sukui (縁日 金魚すくい) ／ Provider: lilygames ／ Last updated: October 8, 2026

lilygames ("we", "us") sets out below how user information is handled in the mobile app "Ennichi Kingyo Sukui" (縁日 金魚すくい, the "App").

1. Information We Collect

The App itself does not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, or phone number. No account or sign-in is required. However, the following information may be automatically obtained and used:

• Advertising information: The App displays Google AdMob rewarded video ads (optional features you choose, such as a spare paper scoop when all of yours have torn, or bringing in bigger goldfish) and interstitial ads (for example when closing a round's result and returning home). It does not display banner ads. To deliver, measure, and prevent fraud in advertising, AdMob may collect the advertising identifier (Advertising ID), approximate location, device information, and similar data.
• Game progress and settings: Your progress (collection, goldfish in your tank, unlocked stalls and best records) and your preferences (sound, vibration) are stored only on your device and are not transmitted externally.

2. Purpose of Use

• Displaying and optimizing advertisements
• Improving app quality and analyzing issues

3. Provision to Third Parties (Advertising)

The App uses the following third-party service. Please review its privacy policy.

• Google AdMob — https://policies.google.com/privacy

You can opt out of or reset the advertising identifier from your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

4. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. For users under the age of 13, we do not serve personalized ads, in accordance with applicable laws and Google Play policies.

5. Notice on Use

Goldfish variety names in the App are common names. Scooping, goldfish sizes and swimming are simplified for gameplay and do not guarantee results in real-world goldfish scooping or fishkeeping.

6. Data Storage and Deletion

Game progress and settings exist only on your device. They are deleted when you uninstall the App. Because none of it is stored on our servers, we are unable to delete such data on your behalf.

7. Changes

This policy may be revised without prior notice. When revised, the "Last updated" date on this page will be updated.
